Natalie Grady specializes in real estate law, deals with legal advisory of the firm’s clients in particular in the areas of urban renewal such as: TAMA 38 and evacuation of construction projects, including drafting agreements, bank accompaniment, issuing tenders, receiving permits and approvals from planning and construction committees, needed actions with the planning authorities and the Israel Lands Authority, Real Estate Taxation and Real Estate Registration Offices, the Israel Corporation Authority , the Registrar of Inheritance Matters, Real Estate Taxation office, the Land Registration Offices, and other regulatory institutions.
Adv. Natalie Grady, has extensive experience in real estate and has served as a member of the Tel Aviv District Property and Acquisition Committee. Prior to joining Ilan Glaser & Co. firm, Adv. Grady has worked for Sheftler Michaeli Lawyers, specializing in real estate and corporate law.
